The total contract sum for this project is ₦300,466,881,045.53. Additionally, an advance payment of 10% of this amount, equating to ₦30,046,688,104.55, will be made to the contractors.

Additionally, ₦4,809,958,330.67 was allocated as a 30% mobilization payment to contractors for these projects.
4. Water Supply Upgrades
A sum of ₦473,624,289.79 was approved for upgrading and converting motorized water supply schemes to solar power in 27 small towns across the state. The beneficiary communities include:
